Membership Overview

By enrolling in a Reclaimed Youth Med Spa VIP Membership (Reclaim VIP, Elevate VIP, or Timeless Elite VIP), the client agrees to the following terms. Membership provides exclusive discounts and spa perks as outlined in our membership chart. Memberships are non-transferable and are for individual use only."

Membership Benefits

Members will receive the following benefits monthly based on their chosen tier:

• Percentage discounts on all regular-priced procedures
• Botox discounts included within overall tier discount
• One monthly spa bonus add-on (non-transferable and must be used in the same month)
• Access to members-only specials and VIP scheduling

Note: Memberships do not accrue credit or monetary value toward future services unless otherwise stated in writing.

Billing & Auto-Renewal

Membership fees are automatically billed monthly to the card on file on the date of signup. This auto-renewal will continue unless the membership is canceled with proper notice (see below).

If payment fails, a 7-day grace period will be provided. After that, benefits will be paused until the account is brought current. Reclaimed Youth Med Spa reserves the right to cancel the membership for accounts more than 30 days past due.

Cancellation Policy

A 30-day notice is required to cancel membership.

To cancel, clients must:

• Visit the spa in person during regular business hours

Email, text, or social media messages will not be accepted as valid forms of cancellation.

All cancellations will take effect 30 days from the date of notification. Any payments due during that 30-day window will be charged, and benefits will remain available through the end of that billing cycle.

Refunds & Rollover

• Membership fees are non-refundable
• Unused spa bonuses (e.g., monthly LED add-ons) do not roll over to the next month
• Discounts and perks are valid only while membership is active and in good standing

Policy Updates & Termination

Reclaimed Youth Med Spa reserves the right to modify or cancel the membership program with 30 days’ written notice to members. We also reserve the right to terminate membership immediately for misuse of benefits, abuse of staff, or violation of spa policies.
