Scheduling Policies
At Reclaimed Youth Med Spa, each appointment time is reserved especially for you. We value your time and appreciate the same consideration in return. To provide the best service to all clients, the following appointment policies apply:
We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can happen. Reclaimed Youth Med Spa reserves the right to waive fees at the provider's discretion.
Pre-appointment Details
Complete paperwork via instructions sent to your email prior to your appointment.
Arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment.
Remove makeup from the area being treated.
Complimentary Consultations
Consultations are complimentary; however, they do reserve dedicated time on our schedule. A $25 cancellation/no-show fee will be charged for any consultation that is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellation Policies
Treatment appointments booked online require a deposit to reserve the appointment time. We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If a treatment appointment is cancelled, missed, or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited.
Payment Policies
We accept all credit cards. Please understand that these services cost us 3.5% of your service, so the service fee will be added to your bill.
We offer gift certificates that are honored in the form of payment for both regularly-priced and discounted services.
No Shows
Clients who do not arrive for a scheduled appointment and do not provide notice may forfeit their deposit or be charged the applicable consultation cancellation fee. Repeat no-shows may require a nonrefundable deposit to reserve future appointments.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining appointment time. However, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying other clients.
